Mixed Items 4 (Smile Game Builder)

This Mixed Pack is a combination of items I have created myself or have used SGB RTP stuff and edited for some other use. This pack is free and SHOULD NOT be used outside of SGB unless it is stated in the list below that it can be used outside of SGB.

NOTE: None of the items in this pack can be resold. Please read the 'READ ME' file in each .zip for further information on use and license. I will however allow edits to be made by you but you still CAN NOT then claim them as your own creations.

This pack consists of...
-Foliage Trees (Recolours). (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-House Railings (Interior). (Can be used in other engines)
-Walltop Cover (Inside). (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Clothes Shop Displays. (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Cellar Hatch Door. (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Counter Hatch (Open/Close). (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Farm/Ranch Gate Overhead. (Can be used in other engines)
-Rock Switches. (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Wall Rock Extrudes (Caves). (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Wall Rock Extrudes (Outside). (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Rock Pools. (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Rock Stairs. (Can NOT be used in other engines)
-Kids Study Table (Can NOT be used in other engines)

NOTE: The kids study table has a slight issue with the shadows, I couldn't figure out why it was doing what it does so left it, but it looks fine in a corner of a room. The Rock Stairs is something that's missing out of SGB's RTP even though they added in a slope. To me it was weird that they did this so I used some other asset and edited it to make  this stairs asset.
